Following the tradition of Wii Fit, Family Trainer: Outdoor Challenge is exceptionally fun and demands more active physical participation from the players. It features several games designed for both single- and multi-player modes.
Players can choose battle, relay, and team games. More sophisticated moves are sometimes needed to fully enjoy the game which also translates to more exercise.
